Welcome! I came to Seattle with my father back in the 80's and I love Seattle and all of the neighborhoods in our beautiful city. Currently, I live in Rainier Beach with my family, but I have lived in most of the central neighborhoods at one time or another. I love connecting with my neighbors and neighborhood through daily walks with my two puppies, a latte, a delicious meal, or the view of Lake Washington and it's all just steps away.

I am looking forward to getting to know you and helping you find a house that will become your home and a neighborhood that you can connect with like I have mine. Finding the right home is only part of the path as I detail for all of my clients in my "12 Steps to Buying a Home." Every transaction is different, such as for some, the need to sell your current home. This can be an exciting time and I work with my clients to sort out the details, capture as much value as possible from your home, negotiate the sale price, navigate the transaction, and transition to your next home or your next adventure.
